In April 2025, Nicholls and Uttinger Civil were selected by Waitomo District Council to carry out repairs of two slip sites, near Te Anga.
The works involved tree clearing, bulk earthworks, construction of a 5m high magnumstone block retaining wall, stormwater pipe upgrades, installation of geotextiles and pavement rehabilitation.
